Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stratoshometech@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the defect or damage

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED If you received the wrong item, please contact us at stratoshometech@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all intimate and adult products are non-returnable once delivered, unless defective.
